Certifications/Degrees
PTA Global Certified Personal Trainer
Bachelors in Psychology
Advocare Nutrition Advisor
Expertise/Background
After struggling with my weight all my life, Jan of 2010 I decided a change must happen. I was considered obese and at risk for diabetes. I knew at age 23 if I didn’t learn to control my eating habits and start working out I would only get progressively worse. Since then I’ve lost over 50lbs and have gained a new outlook in life and a new career. I am passionate about helping people find their “Inner Athlete” and reach goals that they never thought was possible!
Motivation/Philosophy:
“Positive thinking leads to positive actions. Sustained weight loss is a lifestyle that works for you. Not a diet that you’re looking to get off of. Sometimes changing the inside is what it takes to change the outside.”
